Meet and Greet
‘Going the extra mile’
Ensuring a quick and smooth start to the holiday we provide a ‘Meet and Greet’service at the property to handover keys, provide key information, show guests around the apartment, explain how controls work for TV, Air Conditioning etc. It is our mission to ensure guests get settled quickly and to that end, even before the guests arrive we carry out special touches to make the property homely and welcoming e.g. opening blinds, fresh air, putting on lamps/fridges etc.
We can also arrange for a Food & Basics Package to be left in the apartment; this is particularly useful for people with small children or for late arrivals.
