Emergency Call Outs
When there is an emergency at the property e.g. no electricity or water, locks broken etc. we are available 24 hrs.
Due to our exceptional local knowledge we can arrange for the appropriate person to fix any problem.
Note: guests will be liable to cover any costs if the issue is caused by negligence e.g. lost keys, keys left in the door, TV unplugged in error.
